At Arya we source all our ingredients from high quality, local suppliers. We get the majority of our veggies from the fabulous Foodari who source their produce from independant businesses throughout Kent. Our sourdough comes from Margate based baker, Modernprovider, seafood from Chapmans of Sevenoaks, dry goods from Albion Fine Foods in Tonbridge and vegan cheese from the wonderful Donna at Garfields Vegan Food Company based in Margate.
Luke also forages many items, from sea buckthorn in Sandwich to sea purslane and beet in Herne Bay to wild strawberries and elder in Cobham. which are used often on our weekly changing menu!
At Arya, we are now serving a five course set menu, made up of locally sourced and foraged ingredients, for £30 per person. You can find an example of one of our menus below.
